Nick Alexandrow
Nick Alexandrow began playing piano when he was only ten years old, and continued into his teens. During this time, he began studying guitar, which he played through high school. It was not until 2002 that Nick picked up the sticks and began playing drums. His syncopated rhythms add color, anticipation and drive to Parlance’s music. His influences include Matt Sorum, Charlie Watts and John Bonham.
The band's success relies heavily on Nick's lyrical talents. He has helped write many of the songs and helps to shape the mood of the music.
Nick has a bachelors in Civil Engineering and an MBA. He is currently working as a traffic engineer in the D.C. metro area.
He plays a Pearl set, Zildjian cymbals, and assorted percussion supplements.
